Managed Transitions: After the sale or prior to the sale of a dental practice the management consultant works with the staff to implement all the necessary changes to insure a smooth transition for the buyer and seller.

Monthly or Quarterly monitoring: After the initial goals and objectives are completed we offer monthly or quarterly monitoring to keep your office on track. This monitoring service is remote and will include a monthly report or quarterly report.
